1. About Banajiga Matrimony

Banajiga Matrimony (MSME Udyam Registration No.: UDYAM-KR-13-0102500) is an online matrimonial platform intended to help individuals and families discover suitable matrimonial profiles and communicate with other registered members.

Our services may include profile creation, profile search, matchmaking, communication features, subscription plans, and other related matrimonial services.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally eligible to use matrimonial services under applicable Indian law.

You confirm that:

• The information provided by you is accurate and truthful.
• You are providing information about yourself or are authorised to create a profile on behalf of the person concerned.
• You will not impersonate another person.
• You will not create a fraudulent, misleading, or duplicate profile for an improper purpose.
• You will comply with all applicable laws while using the platform.

3. Account Registration

Users may be required to provide information such as name, mobile number, email address, date of birth, gender, location, marital information, education, occupation, photographs, and other profile information.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided is accurate and up to date.

You must not share your account credentials or allow another person to misuse your account.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or remove profiles that contain false, misleading, abusive, fraudulent, or inappropriate information.

4. User Profiles and Content

Users are responsible for the information, photographs, descriptions, and other content uploaded to their profiles.

Users must not upload:

• False or misleading information
• Content belonging to another person without permission
• Obscene, sexually explicit, abusive, threatening, or unlawful content
• Content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
• Content intended to defraud or deceive another member
• Unauthorised commercial or promotional content

Banajiga Matrimony may review, moderate, restrict, or remove content that violates these Terms.

5. Matrimonial Services

Banajiga Matrimony provides an online platform to facilitate discovery and communication between users.

We do not guarantee that:

• A user will find a suitable matrimonial match.
• Information provided by another member is completely accurate.
• Communication between members will result in marriage.
• Any particular member will respond to another member.

Users are responsible for independently verifying information about another member before making personal, matrimonial, financial, or other decisions.

6. User Safety

Users should exercise appropriate caution when communicating with other members.

Do not send money, financial credentials, passwords, OTPs, banking information, or other sensitive information to another member.

Banajiga Matrimony does not authorise members to collect money from other users on our behalf.

If you suspect fraud, impersonation, harassment, or misuse of the platform, please contact us immediately.

7. Subscription Plans and Payments

Certain features of Banajiga Matrimony may require a paid subscription.

The applicable subscription price, validity period, and features will be displayed on the relevant subscription/pricing page before payment.

Payments are processed through authorised payment service providers.

Once a payment is successfully completed and the applicable subscription is activated, the user may access the features included in that subscription according to the selected plan.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund requests are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

9. Prohibited Use

You must not use Banajiga Matrimony to:

• Harass or threaten another person
• Impersonate another individual
• Collect money from other members through deception

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform
• Introduce malicious software or interfere with the operation of the platform
• Use the platform for unauthorised commercial solicitation

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably believe that the user has violated these Terms, provided false information, engaged in fraudulent activity, misused the platform, or violated applicable law.

Where an account is suspended or terminated because of fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms, subscription benefits may be restricted or discontinued in accordance with the applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy and applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

The Banajiga Matrimony name, logo, website design, software, content, graphics, and other platform materials are owned by or licensed to Banajiga Matrimony unless otherwise stated.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, copy, or commercially exploit our intellectual property without prior written permission.

12. Privacy

Your use of Banajiga Matrimony is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information.

13. Service Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the platform available and functional.
